The last time an engineer came to my mums he touched stuff he didn't need to and left one leg longer than the other one on the seat wich made it unsafe. This time a man came to my mums yesterday wanted to come in with no prior notice. My mum was on her way out so he said he will come today in the morning its now 12.40 pm and we are still waiting. Not good
