I have been a customer of Flagship Property Management, LLC for several years and I must say they have been doing an average job. Their services are satisfactory but I feel that there is room for improvement. The response time for maintenance requests could be faster and there have been a few instances where communication was not clear. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
