Desert Electronics LLC is an average company. Their customer service is satisfactory, but their products could use improvement. I purchased a smartphone from them, and I found it to be of average quality. It had a decent battery life and performed adequately, but it lacked some of the advanced features that other phones in the market offer. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible. I would consider buying from them again if they offer competitive prices.
