Our service tech, Robert Porter, at Autonation Honda in Chandler provided the best in customer service last week when we were having an issue with our CR-V.

From the moment he walked up to our car window, he was friendly and took the time to really listen to what we had to say and what our concern was. He was very thorough in making sure he understood what we were experiencing and shared with us what he would explain to the mechanic as well as what time we could expect to hear from him.

Leaving the dealership, we figured we wouldn't hear anything until the end of the day. But right on the dot, at 2:00 when he said he would contact us, my phone rang. The mechanic hadn't had the opportunity to figure out what was going on yet but Robert wanted to let us know that it was still on their list of priorities for the day. He also wanted to follow through on touching base with us at the exact time he told us he would! We were incredibly impressed.

Within an hour, we got word from Robert again that the issue had been looked at and resolved and we could come pick our car up. When we arrived back at the dealership, Robert greeted us again and had a thorough explanation of what was going on and how it was fixed. He then went on to let us know that he was at our disposal should we need anything further at any time. I've never been so impressed with a service technician or a service department, as a whole, as I am with Robert and AutoNation Honda Chandler. I will never go anywhere else for my service. Just the very best in customer service and mechanic know-how!
