I had an average experience with Global ielts. The staff was helpful, but the study materials could have been more comprehensive. The practice tests were useful, but I felt that they didn't accurately reflect the difficulty level of the actual exam. Overall, Global ielts helped me improve my skills, but there is room for improvement.
