My experience with Pahnke us has been a mixed bag. While they do have a wide range of products to choose from, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I faced several issues with my order and it took them quite some time to resolve them. However, once the issues were addressed, I was satisfied with the final outcome. I would say they have room for improvement in terms of their support.
