I am not very satisfied with the services provided by Thornton Research. The insights were average at best, and I feel that the team could have been more proactive in understanding my requirements. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of the quality and depth of their market research services. I would recommend exploring other options before choosing Thornton Research.
