Having Mauricio as a realtor was a great experience. He was able to find many potential homes for us in a short amount of time. We initially were looking for single family homes but after looking at a few we decided that a condo might be a better option for us. Mauricio was able to switch up his search and find these new options for us. He knew exactly what to look for when we attended showings and what questions to ask the sellers realtor to make sure we knew all details that could potentially affect the sale or closing.
