I had an average experience with Sumeru. The service provided was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The team was helpful, but there were occasional delays in communication and the overall process took longer than expected. However, they eventually delivered the desired outcome. While I appreciate their efforts, I feel there is room for improvement.
