I am a long-time customer of Scivac, INC and I must say their service is average. I have had both great and not-so-great experiences with them. The website scivac.com is user-friendly, and they offer a wide range of products. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes them too long to respond to my queries. Overall, I think Scivac, INC is an okay company.
