I have been a customer of novobrief for a while now and I must say, their service is average at best. Although they have a good range of products, their customer service can be quite slow and unresponsive at times. I have had a couple of issues with my orders and it took them a long time to resolve. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a great company, but it's not terrible either.
