I recently bought new carpet and it is amazing! The company I chose was not Bob walkers carpets, but I wish I had gone with them. The carpet I got is average at best, and the customer service was lacking. I've heard great things about Bob walkers carpets and I will definitely consider them for my future flooring needs.
