I have been a customer of Mazime for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While their website is easy to navigate and their products are of good quality, I feel that their customer support could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had issues with my orders and it took quite some time to get a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate Mazime as an average company.
