I can't say enough positive things about London Fight Factory. The instructors are fantastic and really know their stuff. The classes are challenging, but rewarding, and I've seen great improvement in my skills and fitness since joining. The facilities are clean and spacious, and there's a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Highly recommend giving it a try!
