I had a mixed experience with NexGenWave. While the internet speed was good, the customer support left a lot to be desired. It took them ages to address my connectivity issues and I had to keep following up multiple times. The website lacks some essential features and could use improvement. However, once my issues were resolved, the internet service worked flawlessly. If NexGenWave can improve their customer service, they could be a much better choice for internet services.
