As a CUSTOMER, I have to say that Network Drops is an average company. They did an okay job with my installation but there were a few hiccups along the way. The technician arrived on time and was professional, but the service itself was just mediocre. The signal strength is not great and I often experience slow internet speeds. Overall, I expected more from Network Drops.
