My experience with Pettigrew Properties was average. The website was easy to use, and I found several properties that interested me. However, the response time from the staff was quite slow, which delayed the renting process. The property I eventually rented was in good condition, but it would have been better if the minor issues were resolved before my move-in. Overall, it was an average experience.
