Yusen logistics (europe) did a decent job in handling our shipments. The process was smooth, and they delivered the goods on time. However, there were a few instances where we faced issues with the tracking system, and it was frustrating not getting accurate updates. The customer service was responsive to our queries but could have been more proactive. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.
