Huitres david herve is an average company. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing special. I have tried their oysters and they were fresh, but not the best I've ever had. The service was okay, but not outstanding. Overall, I would say they are a decent option if you're looking for oysters, but don't expect anything extraordinary.
