The staff seemed knowledgeable, but the communication could have been better. 😐 Despite requesting regular updates, I often had to follow up to get the necessary information. 💬💤 Additionally, the production timeline was slightly delayed, causing inconveniences for my project. 📅 On the positive side, the quality of the tools and slides was satisfactory, meeting my expectations. ✅ However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and timeline management. ⏳ I hope the company takes these areas into consideration to provide a smoother and more efficient experience for their customers in the future. 🤞
