I am a builder working around Coffs Harbour.
Over the last few years I have struggled to find accompany to supply diamond cutting tools which I can rely on. One of my suppliers suggested I try Diamach, Sydney, as they have been using them for some time and are very satisfied with this supplier.
I contacted Nick who was very helpful with my requests for a number of diamond hole cutters which worked perfectly.
I ordered a 6mm diamond drill which turned out to be less than satisfactory, as the diamond bit failed whilst cutting through porcelain tiles.
I contacted Nick and sent pic's, he immediately forwarded a replacement bit, at his cost.
That is what you call service!
I have been telling other builders etc. about Diamach and how they are so professional in their business
I highly recommend Diamach.
