I have been living in an Etowah Area Cons Housing Auth property for the past year and overall, my experience has been average. The rent is affordable and the property is well-maintained. However, there have been a few issues with maintenance requests taking longer than expected to be addressed. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it feels like they are understaffed. Overall, I would say that it's a decent option for affordable housing.
