I had a mixed experience at a veterinary clinic recently. While the staff were friendly and the facilities were clean, I was disappointed with the level of care my pet received. It felt like they were rushing through the appointment and didn't take the time to fully address my concerns. I expected better from a reputable clinic like Rossdales veterinary surgeons.
