I had a mixed experience with Excel Nursing Services, INC. Some aspects were good while others could be improved. The website is user-friendly and provides the necessary information. However, the responsiveness of the staff could be better. Overall, the service rate was average. I hope they work on their customer service and responsiveness in the future.
