I have been working with Synapps solutions ltd for the past few months and I must say that they have been average. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The team is responsive and knowledgeable, but the delivery timelines could be better. There have been a few instances where we had to follow up for updates. However, they have always been open to feedback and have addressed any issues that we have raised. In summary, my experience with Synapps solutions ltd has been average so far.
