I've been a customer of Ten Alps Publishing for several years now and I must say, their services have been average at best. The quality of their publications is acceptable, but there is nothing outstanding about them. The customer service department is usually helpful, but sometimes their response time can be frustratingly slow. Overall, I would say that Ten Alps Publishing is an okay company to work with.
