I recently joined a fitness program that wasn't Exerwise, but I wasn't satisfied with their trainers' expertise and support. So I decided to switch to Exerwise and it was the best decision I made! The trainers here are incredibly knowledgeable and the workouts are always challenging. I'm so glad I found this company!
