Customer service is mediocre at best. The employees seem disinterested and unhelpful. I had a difficult time getting any assistance with my order, and when I finally did, it was not resolved to my satisfaction. The website is also outdated and difficult to navigate. Overall, my experience with R.g. jarrett limited was disappointing and I would not recommend them.
