I had a mixed experience with Compumaq. While their website was user-friendly and had a good selection of products, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiry and when I did, the representative wasn't very helpful. The product I received was in good condition, but it didn't meet my expectations. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
