I had an average experience with Neptune yacht & limo luxury rental. The yacht was clean and the staff was friendly, but the overall service could be improved. The booking process was smooth, but there were some delays in the pick-up and drop-off timings. I expected better communication from the company. Overall, the experience was okay.
