The experience with Wood side story was average. The website was easy to navigate and find the information that I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a long time to get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would say that Wood side story is an okay company, but they could definitely improve their customer service.
