I've had a mixed experience with BadCredit.org. Their website is easy to navigate and they offer a lot of useful information about improving credit scores. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had trouble getting ahold of someone when I had questions and when I finally did, they seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would rate BadCredit.org as average.
