I had a mixed experience dealing with Stelter. While their website stelterincorporated.com is informative and well-designed, I found their customer service lacking. It took multiple attempts to reach out to them, and when I did, the responses were not very helpful. However, the issue was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. Overall, I would rate Stelter as average.
