I recently purchased a dining set from Otherstructures, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand, the design is eye-catching and the furniture arrived on time. On the other hand, the build quality is not as sturdy as I expected, and there were some scratches on the chairs. The customer service was somewhat helpful in resolving the issues, but the process took longer than I would have liked. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind compromising on quality, Otherstructures might be worth considering.
