*******Make sure if you live on Riverview on 1st and you park in the lower level garage you have a parking spot secured. There are spots that they consider parking spots that are so small not even a compact car can fit. They will do nothing for you and tell you to park outside.*******
The only reason I payed extra for the unit I am currently in was for a parking spot in the garage. I currently have no spot and no one is getting back to me.
