Contact failure. I sent a form with a question to the headquarters. The next day I got a reply from the machine that they accepted and will contact as soon as possible.
Nothing week passes. Zero response.
You don't deserve more stars with this approach to the customer. And the answer was enough, we have it, we can send / unfortunately we do not have such a possibility. It really didn't require much sacrifice.
Fortunately, my dealer is outside of Poland and he arranged it immediately.
