My recent visit to a resort owned by Megaworld resort estates, inc. was a mixed experience. While the location was stunning and the facilities were fantastic, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Despite this, I would consider giving it another chance due to the beautiful surroundings.
