I recently had a mixed experience with Prim tech industries. While the website was easy to navigate and find the desired products, the customer service was lacking. My inquiries took longer than expected to receive a response, and when I did receive a reply, it was not very helpful. However, the product I purchased was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, it was a decent experience, but improvements are needed in their customer service.
