We recently engaged with Isis Ridge Consulting LLC for consulting services, and we were quite disappointed with the experience. While they appeared knowledgeable on the surface, their recommendations lacked depth and didn't adequately address our needs. The communication channels were also poor, and it took multiple attempts to get a satisfactory response. We expected more from a professional consulting firm and will not be recommending their services.
