My experience with Thompson Realty Group was average. The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, but I found the overall service to be lacking compared to other real estate companies I have worked with in the past. The website was easy to navigate, but the communication and response time could have been better. However, they did help me find a suitable property, so I would rate them as average.
