As a customer of Virtual tours, I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the tour guides are knowledgeable, but the overall experience could be improved. I found some of the information provided to be outdated and not accurate. Additionally, the customer support was not very helpful in addressing my concerns. I expected a more personalized experience for the price I paid. Overall, I would rate Virtual tours as average.
