I stayed at One and Only recently and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few issues that took away from the overall enjoyment of my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some of the furniture looked outdated. The location was convenient, but the noise from nearby construction was quite bothersome. Overall, it was an average stay.
