I recently used a travel company for my vacation, and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was easy to use, but the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed a bit disinterested and not very knowledgeable. The trip itself was fine, but nothing exceptional. It was just average. I expected more considering the reputation of the company. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
