Our realtor, Yvonne Collins, was absolutely amazing! She made the home buying process easy and efficient. She spent the first day we looked at homes asking me what was acceptable and unacceptable for our family. Not one time during the process did I feel rushed or forced to make a purchase. Yvonne asked about a comfortable budget for us and from there, she pointed us in the right direction. She was honest and seemed genuinely passionate about finding people homes. She was extremely knowledgeable, as she answered nearly all of my questions (and I question everything...lol). The one or two times she did not have an immediate answer to one of my ridiculous questions, she found the answer (literally, within the same day). We had been in the area for three years, had experiences with four realtors, and she was the ONLY one we felt comfortable with.

Now, when it came to finding homes that fit our wants/needs, she would call as soon as she saw one. She had open availability and worked around my complicated schedule. We met to view several homes and I felt comfortable in letting her know within minutes if I wasn t interested. She never displayed frustration, but continued to encourage me and reinforce the fact that she wanted us to be satisfied. Early one Sunday morning (~8AM), she knew I was out of town, but notified me that she had found a home that she thought would truly work for my family. I ended up driving a few hours to see it and she was correct! All worked out extremely well. Needless to say, I 100% plan to refer her to anyone looking for a realtor and plan to reach out to her for our future home buying/selling needs!
