I can't say enough good things about this barber shop. The Ibaraki Barber Life Hygiene Association is hands down the best place to get a haircut in town. The staff is skilled, friendly, and attentive to detail. The salon is always clean and welcoming. I've never been disappointed with their service. I highly recommend it!
