I had mixed feelings about Phileas Fogg's Bar & Re...

I had mixed feelings about Phileas Fogg's Bar & Restaurant. On one hand, the service was exceptional and the drinks were great. On the other hand, the food was mediocre and the prices were a bit high. Overall, an okay experience.
