I've had both good and bad experiences with the Bum App. There were times when the plumbers I hired were prompt, skilled, and provided excellent service. However, there were also occasions when the plumbers were late or the quality of work was not up to par. The app itself is easy to use, but the consistency of service could be improved. It's still worth a try if you're in need of plumbing services.
