I have been a customer of Zentact for over a year now, and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and their support team is responsive, but there is room for improvement. The pricing could be more competitive, and I have encountered a few technical glitches in the past. Overall, Zentact is a decent company to work with, but they have some areas to work on.
