VC3 provides a high-level of IT service to the City of Florence. They serve as our IT Department and provide a single point of contact through a VCIO. VC3 also works with its clients on a proactive basis through the establishment of a Client Advisory Council which meets quarterly. Given the depth of the VC3 staff, perhaps one of their greatest benefits is not having to worry about internal staffing. If the City had its own internal IT staff and we lost a systems administrator, for instance, we would struggle to find a replacement. Using VC3 relieves any staffing stress we would have.
