I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Mcgonigle insurance as average. I have been using their services for the past few years and while their customer service is satisfactory, I feel that their prices are slightly on the higher side. I have also noticed that their website can be a bit slow at times, which can be frustrating. However, they do offer a wide range of insurance options, which is a plus.
